musimelange is presenting its season finale concert on Monday April 18, 2016 at 7:30pm at the reminiscent M Building in the Wynwood Art District.
Act 1: Wine tasting** by Barton & Guestier and hors d’oeuvres sampling by GK Bistronomie will open the performance. Rafael Perez’s culinary talent has been recognized by the world’s most prestigious restaurant and hotel collections and guides. The Relais & Chateaux Guide recognized Zazu, one of Perez’s four Ecuadorian restaurants, as one of the top 300 restaurants in the world, honoring him the title of Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux. Under his tenure, The Little Palm Island Resort and Spa, was voted third best restaurant in the nation and #1 in Florida by Zagat. Perez brings his delightful expertise to Wynwood at his highly coveted Peruvian restaurant, GK Bistronomie, where his artistic talent takes true form.
